Academic Curriculum
At Monika Kindergarten & Elementary School, we prepare the 21st-century child for success by combining the Nigerian syllabus with enriched content in Science, English, and Mathematics. Our unique in-house programs such as Computer, Spelling, Phonics, and Handwriting, alongside Google Classroom and video-supported learning, provide a solid educational foundation. We offer classes from Kindergarten to Primary 6, with advanced programs for gifted learners so every child learns at the right pace. Our strength lies in our passionate team led by the Managing Director and Headmaster, supported by 8 management staff, 57 qualified teachers with B.Ed or NCE degrees, and 39 dedicated non-teaching staff. Together, we create a warm, inclusive, and nurturing environment where every child feels valued. Through regular professional development, our staff stay ahead with modern teaching practices, ensuring pupils receive education that is relevant, inspiring, and future-focused.
